Our striking class is a combat training session focused on developing powerful and precise offensive techniques using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. It emphasizes proper form, footwork, timing, and combinations, often drawing from disciplines like boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Ideal for improving coordination, speed, self-defense skills, and overall fight game.

Kids ages 6-12 practice on Monday at 4 and Friday at 5.

Adults and teens ages 13+ practice on Monday at 7 and Friday at 6.
